Thinking Refinance? Think Carefully and Avoid Being a Victim

Is refinancing your home on your “to do” list in the near future? If it is I want you to be careful. Whether this is your first time playing the refinancing game or you’re a seasoned veteran, the word of the day is “caution”.
Weigh the pros and the cons of the transaction – and make sure the lender you’re planning on using has your best interests in mind or if they’re making an underhanded play for your equity.
All lenders aren’t created the same, so screening your lender is imperative. Steve Leach might not be cutting the grass at a vacant property if the owners had checked their lender out more carefully.
